देहरादून: उत्तराखंड स्वास्थ्य विभाग के आईईसी अधिकारी अनिल सती को जनसंपर्क के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय योगदान के लिए प्रेस क्लब ने किया सम्मानित
देहरादून:उत्तरांचल प्रेस क्लब ने रविवार को स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सूचना, शिक्षा एवं संचार (आईईसी) अधिकारी अनिल सती को सम्मानित किया। उनको यह सम्मान स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में सरकारी योजनाओं को आम जनमानस तक पहुंचाने तथा जनसंपर्क के क्षेत्र में किये गये कार्यों के लिए किये गये उल्लेखनीय कार्यों के लिए दिया गया। प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष अजय राणा ने उन्हें यह सम्मान प्रदान किया। पहली बार प्रेस क्लब ने जनसम्पर्क के क्षेत्र में किसी ब्यक्ति को सम्मानित किया है।
प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित सम्मान समारोह में क्लब के अध्यक्ष अजय राणा ने कहा कि आईईसी अधिकारी अनिल सती ने समय-समय पर मीडिया के साथ संवाद कर स्वास्थ्य विभाग की अनेक योजनाओं को आम जनमानस तक पहुंचाने का काम किया है। वह पिछले 16 वर्षों से विभाग में विभिन्न जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अनिल सती ने सरकार, स्वास्थ्य विभाग और जनता के बीच पुल का काम किया है। इन योजनाओं का लाभ सुदूर गांव के लोगों को भी मिल रहा है। उन्होंने अनिल सती के प्रयासों की सराहना की।
प्रेस क्लब महामंत्री विकास गुसाईं ने कहा सभी पत्रकार साथियों को अनिल सती का सहयोग हमेशा मिलता रहा है। उन्होंने कहा सरकार को चाहिए कि सभी सरकारी विभागों में जनसम्पर्क विभाग को मजबूत किये जाने की आवश्यकता है ताकि स्वास्थ्य विभाग की तरह सरकार के सभी विभागों की विभन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी समय पर आम जनमानस तक पहुँच सके। उन्होंने प्रेस क्लब को स्वास्थय विभाग दुआरा समय-समय पर मिलने वाले सहयोग के लिए आभार ब्यक्त किया।
इस मौके पर आईईसी अधिकारी अनिल सती ने कहा कि जनसंपर्क का कार्य चुनौतीपूर्ण होता है। सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाएं यदि आम जनता तक पहुंचना चाहिए। उन्होंने इसके लिए मीडियाकर्मियों का आभार जताया। उन्होंने कहा कि वह केवल मीडिया के साथ समन्वय करते हैं, योजनाओं को जनता तक पहुंचाने में मीडिया की अहम भूमिका है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सम्मान इस सम्मान से उनका मनोबल बढ़ा है।
गौरतलब है कि पब्लिक रिलेशन सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया (पीआरएसआई) देहरादून चैप्टर के सचिव अनिल सती को जनसंपर्क के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय योगदान के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहले भी दो पुरस्कार मिल चुके हैं। वह अपने कार्य का निर्वहन पूरी ईमानदारी और निष्ठा से कर रहे हैं।
अनिल सती स्वास्थ्य विभाग में आईईसी के अलावा राज्य तपेदिक सेल और उत्तराखंड एडस नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम में अहम जिम्मेदारी निभा रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही अनिल सती जनसम्पर्क के क्षेत्र में कार्यशालाएं व जन जागरूकता कार्यक्रम कराते रहते हैं।
इस अवसर पर प्रेस क्लब के कोषाध्यक्ष मनीष भट्ट, संप्रेक्षक मनोज जयाड़ा, सदस्य व वरिष्ठ पत्रकार मंगेश कुमार, पत्रकार रमन जायसवाल, अवधेश नौटियाल, दयाल बिष्ट, सन्दीप नेगी आदि प्रमुख पत्रकार साथी मौजूद थे।
THERE HAS BEEN A CONSRVATIVE LOOK OF policy makers and law makers that when ever the polcies are made or decisions are made they have a very narrow and limited thinking never supported by lateral wisdom of market, teechnology and innovations. This leads to failure of fine targetted people centric political decisions to non out come or very low out come efforts. A big time of elected governments are wasted in such efforts and loss of public exchequer happens.
Policy paralysis and bad implementation leads to very pathetic situation in the ground as people are not getting their expectations full filled. This goes on regulary with every changing resigm of rulers and the anti incumbancy keep on rising from these systemic defects in Governance .
In last 10 to 12 years a lot of fresh air has been brought to this at the kevel of GOI due to statesman leadership provided by the apex leaders of country but same has not been reflected at state Governments specially what we see today in Uttarakhand even after the best efforts being made by the state leaders. This is because of the systemic issues in Governance which need a guillotine measures if possible and if their is a political will.
The health department immediately needs such transformation as evident from the deep ground work done in important area of IEC by Mr Sati which has been considered till date as a section of health department making posters and bill boards and utiilising the earmarked money just to show the utilisation of money in every financial year.
The objectives of every department in Govt should move now from just utisation of public money to a high quality out comes like making excellent roads, runing very effecient health services , making cities smart not by useless single person decisions vetted by a committee of hand raisers, sensitization and behaviour change in masses towards Govt policies and giving support , express judicial decisions etc are so many areas to intervene.
The same development of IEC, Engineering wing, public health labs, drug and food department having full control by technical people not by the babus may yield fruitfull results for people as well as Politicial rulers pf the state. GOOD governance and development is never claimed its visible in ground as the GOI trying hard and done also at central level.
