1. Excellent interest and working of honble CM. Let all other ministers and senior officers to follow it in sprit so that day to day improvement is visible such as all over the state highlighted for Dehradun:
   1. All encroachment on foot path should be removed in Dehradun every where immediately whatever form it is temporary or permanent with fine and penalties on violators,.
   2. All commercial activity in residential areas be stopped and sealed by concerned authority.
   2. No vehicle should be parked on road specially in no parking zone, instead of loud speaker annoucement, all vehicles parked on road even one inch to be towed up and penalties to be made .
   3.Immediate parking boards, auto station, public facilities board should be placed every where in town.
   4.All public toilets are cieaned every 2 hourly and disinfectants are put in place making them for use of VIP also not only labour classes.
   5.heavy plantation of small trees should be made in encroached areas on roads.
   6.All land along all roads encroched by people (As per PWD records) must be vacated by authorities with time line and widely publisized that in case some one not removes encroachment will be charged for the cost of removing that by using buldozers and other machines.

   Once cities are facelifted.people see the change the apreciation will come for Government otherwise mere big publicity and posters will be of no use for present Government specially the honble CM in action working very hard.
